Tentative Timeline for the FY 2008/09 Grant Cycle
Dates Activity and Details
Aug. 19, 2008 Consideration of Program Criteria. The Board considers/approves program criteria.
Oct. 1, 2008 to Oct. 24, 2008 Question and Answer Period. Questions must be submitted by email or mail only and received by the due date. Answers will be posted continuously.
Nov. 7, 2008 All answers are posted (tentatively).
Nov. 21, 2008 Application Deadline
  • Mailed applications must be postmarked by this date.
  • Hand-delivered applications must be received, and date stamped by the CIWMB, no later than 3:00 p.m. on this date.
Jan. 12, 2009 Resolution and Environmentally Preferable Purchases and Practices (EPPP) Policy Deadline
  • If the resolution is not submitted with the application: The approved resolution must be received by the CIWMB by this date.
  • If the applicant does not have an EPPP policy at the time of application submittal: An EPPP policy must be adopted and notification must be received by the CIWMB by this date.
Feb. 17, 2009 Random Selection Process. To determine the funding of applicants and in what order, if necessary.
Mar. 2009 Grant Awards. The Board considers funding recommendations, and if approved, awards grants.
Mar. 31, 2011 Grant Term
  • Grantee may incur costs from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) to this date.
  • Deadline for: Final Report, Final Payment Request, and Request for 10 Percent Withhold.
