Decisions Pending and Opportunities for Public Participation
The Government Modernization, Efficiency, Accountability, and Transparency Act of 2005 requires that State agencies post information on their web sites about public meetings, proposed regulations, and how to comment or otherwise participate.
The CIWMB has always striven to provide this kind of information on its website. To meet the requirements of the act, this page provides links to the various parts of our site where the information is already housed.
